Return & Refund Policy 

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, we’re here to assist you quickly and fairly.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

To begin a claim, please send us:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item

Return instructions and the return address will only be provided after we review the photo and verify the issue.

If the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, we will replace the item at no additional cost for the replacement product.
However, the buyer is always responsible for return shipping costs.

For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.


Returns & Returned Shipments

All approved returns must be shipped to our designated returns facility (address provided after claim approval).

When a return is received, you will receive an email confirmation.

Unclaimed returns may be donated after 30 days.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address, the customer is responsible for the reshipment fee after providing a valid address.


Buyer’s Remorse & Size Exchanges

We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse.
If you need a different size or color, you may place a new order at your own expense.

All return shipping costs must be covered by the buyer.
